The role

For this internship, you will be joining Central Test’s Research and Development department, composed of a team of occupational psychologists, psychometricians, data scientists and researchers, contributing to the creation and statistical validation of psychometric tests and HR tools.

The duration of this internship is 6 months, with the hope of being able to offer a full time role upon completion.

What will be your tasks and responsibilities?

During this internship you will be trained & guided to work across the following:

  • Contribution to the development, revision & implementation of our psychometric assessments, ranging from item creation / revision to interpretation of data and creation of report content.
  • Contribution to developments of our other HR tools (360 feedback & Interview tool, etc).
  • Reviewing & interpreting statistical analyses.
  • Content writing for assessment reports, tool documentation, Marcom articles on a needs basis, manual creation, webinars & product demo videos.

Skills needed;

  • Degree in Psychology / Social Science / related.
  • Strong organisation & Communication skills.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Fluent in English. Other language(s) is a bonus.
